Welcome

Welcome to PATHSA

Your membership is active. Here is how to get the most out of it in the first ten minutes.

1. Put the next CPD session in your diary

Sessions run monthly on Zoom. Open CPD Events, find the next one, and use the calendar link on the entry — it adds the session to Google, Outlook or Apple Calendar with a reminder half an hour beforehand. The joining details sit on the same page and are visible once you are signed in.

2. Join the member WhatsApp group

This is where members ask one another the day-to-day questions — a referral, a second opinion, a question about a medication or a form. It is for members only, and the invitation link is below.

Members only. Please sign in with an active membership to join the WhatsApp group.

3. Look through the archive

The past sessions go back to 2024 and cover a good deal of ground. If you are new to gender-affirming practice, they are the fastest way into how this association thinks about the work.

A note on the community

PATHSA members work with people who are often not well served elsewhere in the health system, and members bring very different training to that work. Disagreement is welcome and useful; contempt is not. Assume the person you are replying to knows something you do not.
